We believe if your business is good, our business is good. Because we buy in bulk quantities we are able to negotiate discounts which we are happy to pass on to you.

WHAT ABOUT CLEARANCE ITEMS OR SPECIALS?

We regularly offer unbeatable deals on well-known imported and local product ranges and brands. These are not defective in any way.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN FINALISED?

When your order has been placed online you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order. If we are shipping we will advise you when it has been shipped.

IF I HAVE PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER ON THE SAME DAY, DO THE DELIVERY CHARGES COVER ALL ORDERS PLACED ON THAT DAY?

Once your order has been finalised the delivery charges will only apply to that order - you will have to pay a separate delivery cost for each order placed.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

Orders may only be delivered to one address. You will need to place separate orders for each address.

WHEN DOES FREE SHIPPING APPLY?

Free shipping within Australia is automatically applied at checkout when you purchase more than $89 in one transaction, excluding furniture, equipments and dangerous goods. Also excludes Northen Territory and Tasmania. Please see our shipping & delivery page for shipping details.

If you ordered more than one item, they may be delivered separately.
